Everything great. The waiting time lasted 18 weeks, but I think it was due to the Corona period. Communication was always very friendly and competent. The announced delivery was on time. Setting it up was easy with three adults. Setting up the sand filter with pump was a bit tricky. My tip to Holzklusiv: use a pump with an integrated pre-filter. With a screw-on filter, this is the first risk of leakage. We have now used our hot tub several times and it is simply fantastic. Everything works perfectly. By the way, the UV filter that I was initially looking for to install is integrated directly from the factory. Holzklusiv-clear recommendation!

We received our hot tub 2 weeks ago. It took a little longer but that wasn't a problem for us. We felt like we were in good hands right from the start, whether during the sale or after delivery. The employees are very friendly and always tried to answer my questions and, if necessary, I even had the boss himself on the phone to answer technical questions. The hot tube is of high quality, stable and cleanly manufactured. The wait was worth it, I can recommend the company at any time. If you want to buy a hot tub, you are in the best hands here.

After 21 long weeks, neither received the hot tub I ordered nor an explicit delivery date! According to the 8-10 week delivery time on the homepage, the hot tub should have arrived before Christmas... It's now March! Initially we were informed by email about the first two delivery delays due to the unstable raw materials market. Since then, we have only received information slowly through persistent phone calls. Information regarding the delivery date or other various promises are simply broken by the company. According to the lady on the service hotline, our hot tub was finally completed 3 weeks ago. Since then, Holzklusiv GmbH has not been able to deliver our hot tub, despite constant calls and emails from us. We certainly understand the delay of a few weeks, especially due to the current circumstances, but not for the misconduct of the last few weeks! Sad disappointment after an originally good impression of the company. We have now lost faith in the delivery of the hot tub, we are frustrated, annoyed and absolutely disappointed. Addendum: The hot tub actually reached us on March 5th, 2022 and we are very satisfied with the product. The workmanship is very good. The materials used are of high quality and the hot tub is an absolute eye-catcher in the garden. Heating the bath water works excellently, as does the bubble and massage system. The 4 star rating refers more to the product itself than to the company's services, one star deducted due to the very poor communication and the severe delay in delivery.
